What is Direct Primary Care? Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to their provider instead of billing insurance for each visit.
Do I still need insurance? Most members keep insurance for hospitalization, specialists, and imaging, and use DPC for everyday primary care. Some members use DPC alongside a health share or as their only coverage.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? Yes — your pre-tax HSA or FSA can be used to cover all or part of your membership.
How fast can I get an appointment? Most members are seen same-day or next-day, and can text or call their provider directly for urgent questions.
Is there a contract? There is no contract for individuals or families. You can cancel anytime.
